SIGN IN & REGISTRATION

To create an account, simply click on Sign in / Register, found in the drop down menu, and fill in your details.

By registering with X ESSENTIALS (which takes less than one minute), you’ll be able to enjoy a stellar line-up of benefits:

  • Save and manage your payment methods and addresses for a quicker checkout.
  • Add the items that you love to your personal Wishlist.
  • Review and track your past and present orders.

If you have forgotten your password, follow the Forgotten Password instructions after clicking on the 'Sign in' page.

You can also sign up to receive X ESSENTIALS mail during registration or simply by entering your email address and clicking 'Sign Up' at the bottom of any page.

FINDING A PRODUCT

At X ESSENTIALS you can shop in a number of ways. Browse the site using the drop down menus or if you know exactly what it is you’re looking for, you can use the search tool which is always located at the bottom of the page or in the drop down menu. 

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

  • Using the search function, enter the product name you are interested in and use the filters to refine the results.
  • Once you’ve found an item you'd like to purchase, simply select your size and click ‘Add to Shopping Bag’.
  • You can review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the icon in the top right hand corner, where you can then continue to checkout.
  • Register your details or alternatively continue as a guest user.
  • Enter your delivery details and select your preferred delivery option.
  • Enter the billing address that the payment method is registered to.
  • Click ‘Continue To Payment’ and enter your card details or choose the ‘MyFatoorah’ option under ‘Checkout’.
  • Click ‘Proceed To Review Your Order’ and check all details are correct, then complete your purchase.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU'VE PLACED YOUR ORDER

CONFIRMATION
Once you place your order and it has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email from X ESSENTIALS confirming the receipt of your order.

DISPATCH
Once your order is ready to be dispatched you will receive an email with details of your order and how you can track your delivery.

DELIVERY

Depending on your location, you will receive your item within the specified time frame from DHL our international delivery partner or UBEX our domestic delivery partner. All that’s left is to open your package and enjoy your new purchase.
